as much as i would call it a thoughtful experimentation STOP
Robespierre pushes me towards the honesty of admitting STOP
that today's loaf has remained in the oven STOP
for slightly too long STOP
or maybe not STOP the touch of burnt flavour coming off the crust STOP
is delicious when paired to the soft semola crumb STOP
the two balance each other out STOP
once again STOP Robespierre shows that bread is quite forgiving STOP
of the disattention of the baker STOP
