A bulletin on the life and (up)rising of my sourdough starter: Robespierre

a day with crackers and wine STOP
is a day of plenty pleasures STOP
but even more pleasureful it is to look ahead STOP
the pantry currently contains around 1kg of wholemeal STOP and around 1kg of double-0 STOP
lastly STOP some semola STOP
Robespierre is fed at 2333h with a 1:1:1 ratio STOP
and he tries to talk me into experimenting STOP with a new loaf STOP with the usual recipe STOP but mixing semola and double-0 STOP
as we smoke a last cigarette under the clear sky STOP
i crave the smell of fresh bread in the house STOP
