there are mornings STOP before coffee gurgles in the moka STOP
in which my hands act before my mind STOP
this morning was one of those times STOP
as i descended in the kitchen STOP
brought the oven to temperature STOP
mindlessly scored the dough STOP
it was too late the moment in which STOP
i realized i should have left more time for proving STOP
the loaves were nevertheless decent STOP if a bit underproved STOP
but 'decent' never pleased me STOP
