the 60% hydration loaf came out of the oven before midday STOP
today Robespierre listens to me complain about alienation STOP
of how detached i feel from my day job STOP
from what i produce for someone else STOP
thankfully the loaf has an open crumb STOP
delicious flavour STOP appeasing crunch STOP
there is no alienation in bread for me STOP
a new dough is proving in the fridge as i write STOP
cutting some mortadella STOP
