is a sentence i only learnt in school STOP
but Robespierre reminds me of it STOP
while the dough rests and ferments STOP before becoming bread STOP
and i brush up on my - modern - Greek STOP
under a warm light STOP in a kitchen resounding of rebetiko STOP
it is good also the [mais] focaccia, once the bread is over STOP
says the sentence STOP
they are both incredible STOP me and Robespierre comment STOP
without the sensibility to read further into the proverb STOP
than the words as written STOP
