it happens STOP
that every now and then STOP
a colour catches attention STOP
as i was walking STOP in a non-descript shop STOP
for completely unrelated reasons STOP
a bowl of the most magnificent blue STOP
came into my view STOP
Robespierre complained with me STOP
that the metal bowls we use for bulk fermentation STOP
were often too big STOP too unnecessary STOP
it is that blue bowl that called both me STOP
and the revolutionary starter STOP
and it is in that blue that tonight's loaf will live STOP
